Ive got 312mm's on my Fabia vRS and there fine for a small car, but wanted something abit bigger for the Avant.

BTW, ive got a Audi A4 Avant Quattro Sport TDi (mouthfull), its the B6 version (2002-2005).

hi if the a4 is being used for normal road use ie no track days the 312mm upgrade is more than enough they realy bring the speed down very quickly . in my humble oppinion. my car is a remapped a4 2004 sport avant and i am well impressed with this 312mm set up

I dont see why you would have to do all 4. Would make the back lock up to easy??

Shame I didnt keep the original brakes of the Fabia, could have swapped it all about.

The Fabia brakes where shocking before, all or nothing in the wet.
Because of the bigger disc, the abs could work better and seemed to be able to control locking easyer.
It stops really fast now, but Its lighter than the Audi, so just thought bigger than 312's would be best.

So is it just the same 312's as on the TT ? Calipers, cariers, pads and discs?

Ahh, thanks 'SBT'. Saved me some money there.

Are the discs the same tho? as I have a set of 312mm discs in the garage off of a TT (ones that came with the brakes for the Fabia).
    There 5x100pcd.
I archually dont know the pcd of the A4 yet as ive only had the car a day and not looked into wheels etc, only engine mods.

unfortunately the tt discs are not suitable for the a4 they have a PCD of 5x100 you require a PCD 5x112
