audi a6 2.0 tdi limp and strange engine sound

hope the whistling sound I had when changing gears goes.

Is it manual or multitronic, if the latter has it had the recommended 40k fluid change?

didn`t think much of it,did it before with other cars,not that im a irresponsible driver.only after finding out its the intercooler I realised what caused it.
stupid to fit the intercooler that low...

what I didn't tell anyone so far is that on my way out of the site I work in otley,i scraped the belly of the car against uneven ground(fork lifts and cherry picker I drive a heavy).That pushed the intercooler up breaking the bottom part(see pics).not proud of my driving...found on this site a how to remove front bumper.
the headlight above the intercooler HAS to come off,there is no way to undo the jubilee clip with it on.i will add some pics(not a `how to`)

it happened again an hour ago,intercooler is split in 2.second intercooler in a week.this time I didn't scrape the belly on the ground.I was in second gear accelerating and again a loud bang and loss of power.barely got to work,rang eurocarparts they have another one ready for me.what can cause intercooler to blow up?too much pressure?

2015-02-24 11.16.31.jpg2015-02-24 11.18.13.jpgtorque app (pro version) showed these codes.i suppose because intercooler became 2 pieces item and lost pressure.i have fitted a new intercooler,scanned and there are no fault codes.i have ordered egr gaskets from the dealer and will clean that tomorrow.should I clean the turbo as well?what do you think about mr muscle turbo cleaning?cant find a how to on a a6 tdi.

this feels like my own diary,no replies for while. Today I picked up gaskets and seal from audi dealer, striped down and cleaned egr valve and throttle body.oped and stuck finger in the turbo,spins fine with no movement.two blown intercoolers in one week tells me turbo overboost, ordered 3mm silicone hose from e b a y and will clean the turbo with mr muscle when it arrives.i also hear a spinning noise lasting a second when changing gears,cant tell if its the turbo or something else.any replies/comments are welcomed.
