    • Further improved, easier, more intuitive, less tiring and even faster, the new Panigale V4 is ready to take to the track
    • After being confirmed for the second consecutive year, the best-selling super sports bike in the world is now available from Ducati dealers
    • Over 450 motorcycles delivered in Europe and the United States

Since 2018, the date of its arrival on the market, the Panigale V4 has established new benchmarks in the super sports bike segment where, for the second consecutive year, it is the best-selling motorcycle in the world.

The production of the Panigale V4 MY2020 is in full swing. Around 450 motorcycles have been delivered to European and US dealers, and in the coming weeks the new super sports bike will also reach the other markets in the world in which Ducati is present.

To confirm the success already achieved by this jewel of style and technology, feedback and data from customers and the specialized press were collected and analysed in Borgo Panigale. This allowed Ducati to make a Panigale V4 that is easier, less fatiguing and more intuitive to ride, resulting in an even faster bike on the stopwatch, with an improvement that is all the more evident the lesser the rider's experience. In short, it is an even more powerful and enjoyable bike for an amateur who, on the track, can bring his performance closer
to that of a professional rider.

The Panigale V4 is now equipped with content taken from the V4 R. For example, the aerodynamic package through-air (aerofoils, plexiglas screen, nose ...

    • New Flying Spur features most complex Bentley interior in history
    • Each cabin stitched together with over three kilometres of thread
    • Sustainably-sourced leather lines cabin of unrivalled luxury
    • Exhibition of British marque’s devotion to innovation and detail
    • 141 craftspeople stitch 350 individual leather pieces to complete Flying Spur interior

With the new Flying Spur comes the ultimate example of a handcrafted interior, presenting the world’s most sophisticated and luxuriously stitched cabin.

As all 350 unique leather pieces are adorned to 60 bespoke components using over three kilometres of thread to make up a complete Flying Spur interior, each passes through the hands of 141 Bentley craftspeople.

A minimum of five months training under Bentley’s Master Trainers is essential in order to reach the upmost levels of ability, and to learn the vast array of techniques required to craft Bentley’s interiors to the highest of standards.

All leather hides found in the interior of the Flying Spur remain sustainably sourced from Northern European bulls, entirely as by-products of the meat industry. More temperate climate zones ensure there are fewer parasites and the leather remains naturally blemish free.
Bentley customers have the luxury of choosing from as many as 14 interior leather hide colours, which can be complimented by a vast selection of 23 different colours of contrast thread.

Audi is the first UK manufacturer to launch a one-card charging service

    • Two tariffs available – City and Transit – for maximum flexibility
    • 18 charge point operators currently on-board, covering more than one third of the UK public charging network, with plans to expand
    • 134,000 charging stations across 24 European countries
    • One year’s free subscription with the Transit tariff

With the help of the new e-tron Charging Service owners of electrified Audi models can now plug and pay at hundreds of charge points across the UK and Europe with a single tap, and without being encumbered by subscriptions to numerous suppliers. Key to the new service is an RFID card that unlocks access to a sizeable network of charge points operated by 18 companies in the UK – including IONITY, Pod Point, Source London and Instavolt – as well as two attractive fixed tariffs and free roaming abroad, yet generates only one monthly invoice for carriers in the interest of simplicity. The e-tron Charging Service automatically charges the owner’s account based on usage without any extra input or effort required.

“The general perception of EV charging is that it is confusing and inconvenient, and we want to help to gradually dispel that belief,” said Andrew Doyle, Director of Audi UK. “We started by equipping the e-tron with the potential for fast charging at up to 150kW, and are now removing another layer of complexity for our EV owners by streamlining the end-to-end process, from charging activation to invoicing, with this new service.”

    • New two-minute film contrasts Bentayga Speed’s 3.8-second 0-60 mph time with the 16 days it takes to handcraft each and every car
    • Celebrates Bentley as the Centre of Excellence for Wood, Leather and W12 Engine manufacture within the Volkswagen Group
    • Automotive production filmed from a racing drone for the first time

The handcrafting of Bentayga Speed is captured in a new film released today by Bentley Motors. Shot entirely at the Bentley factory in Crewe, England, the two-minute film contrasts the stunning 3.8-second 0-60 mph time of Bentayga Speed with the 127 working hours – 16 working days - it takes to craft each car by hand. Bentayga Speed is both the fastest SUV in the world, with a top speed of 190 mph, and the SUV with the highest number of hours committed to exceptional handcraftsmanship.

Covering all of the areas of Bentayga production at Crewe, the film celebrates Bentley’s status as the Centre of Excellence for Wood, Leather and 12-cylinder engine manufacture within the Volkswagen Group. The opening scenes in the Wood Shop show highlights of the 10 hours of processing required to turn raw leaves of sustainably sourced wood into finished veneer. Every sheet of wood within a completed car comes from the same tree, to ensure the pattern and colour through the car remain the same, and ages in the same way.

Transferring to the Trim Shop, the process of creating the interior cabin from exquisite leather hides is summarised. The dedicated team of craftspeople in the Trim Shop take just over eight hours to transform up to 14 bull hides - all of which ...
