CocoPops - 58 2.0 CR - 29k- No Injector Issues so far.
PatMcCoy - 07 2.0 PD - 77k - Injectors being replaced and credit raised for previous self replacement
Rob1990 - 06 2.0 PD - ??k - Awaiting response from VW
Steve50 - ?? ?? ?? - ??k - Injectors replaced FOC by VW and chasing for previous payment

Touch wood I've only had 1 scare where the engine went into limp mode and after a scan revealed that no. 3 injector was faulty, erased the fault and it's been fine. However it's running rough so I'm going in tomorrow to Lincoln VW to ask for injectors replacing and loom! I shall report the results.

rang vosa at bristol this morning open from 7.30am was advised to ring vw no problems there either told them mine are fine but still want them replacing as its a safety issue recieved a claim no and told i will be contacted in 24 to 48 hours also discussed where i would like to go and have the work done will report back when i have work okd atb reddevil

Great result!!!.

Mine goes in on Tuesday to have the injectors/loom replaced will report back Tuesday evening once I have collected my car.

Sounds good matey. Think I might just give them a ring to. No fault yet but the safety issue bothers me. Roads around here are in the middle of nowhere sometimes and if I can get it done FOC all the better. Got a service and MOT due September so might try and get it all synced in.

Hi, after reading this posts i decided to have a go, so i rang vosa this morning but they told me since i had no failure yet there's nothing they can do.They told me to call vw customer services, so i did and after nice chat i've been given case ref.number and they said they'll get back to me in 48 hrs so now i'm waiting.

I did exactly the same a few days ago and had a call this morning from VW Customer Service who told me to book the car in at a dealer. Even though i've not had an injector failure I was told they would be checked and if they need to be replaced this will be done FOC. Will book it in next week and see what happens.
