Read this article about the new remap Superchips are doing on the golf and they reckon that it will be as fast as the golf R with no problems. I'm not sure - really want to get it though.

That article is terrible, written with big words to sound exciting and completely failing.. and the use of apostrophe's is the worst part of it!

If you're only in Derby pop over and see me in Mansfield, you won't be disappointed.

Well in the article it says that they do this for £435. Do you do it cheaper? Also do you give a life time warranty?

Our MED17 remaps are £449 but if you look around the site you may just find a 10% discount code for VWAF members. It's not all about price in any case, it's about quality.

What would you like us to warrant under the lifetime guarantee? They sound good but generally don't mean a thing

Maybe another remap free should it be wiped, if that's possible, by VW.

Yes, i have heard that dealers can wipe the remap when trying to service the car if it have been tampered with. To be honest, you cost more and don't offer as much.

Yes, dealers do tend to update ECU software every now and then, so your map could be overwritten with a software update.

As for costing more and not offering as much.. I beg to differ, you can't put a price on quality. Here's a post about a direct comparison on the same car which you may like to read: http://briskoda.development.scalr.ne...d.php?t=162271 and shortly our STS unit will support the MED17 as it's in the final stages of testing.
