    Default How long should I expect new glow plugs to last? – 28-07-2025,06:04 PM
    My EML popped on at the weekend. Had my local independent complete a diagnostic scan which showed a Glow Plug related error. The plugs were change only 3 years ago @ 88K, car has now complete 118K. Just seemed early to require replacement again but maybe that's due to the mileage or type of driving (mainly short hops in/out of local town). any views?

    That seems far too early to me. Changed mine last year, at 104k and they've been working fine.
