Apparently there is a new update for RMC system : RMC_EU_K16158
Anybody heard of it ?

Think 16342 is the current version, this fixes the missing menu for the folding mirrors. Auto folding mirrrors new 2016 A6 - Page 14

For sure bluetooth version is newer, 3.70.4 but if you don't have navigation, there is no need to upgrade.

i didn't have, just wanted latest version and bought it

I would be interested if they added postcodes to Irish maps.

You are confused, RMC firmware is different with map firmware. This update, K16158, has only firmware. For map updates, you must buy newer map....or try to find new somehow..
