    Yes, I got one off hids4u http://www.hids4u.co.uk/

It was quite a while ago. They were £120ish, but they don't seem to have them now.
They work great, and beam pattern was unchanged, so didn't need to adjust lights afterwards. They also don't trigger Bulb Out warnings like some kits. There are loads on ebay, the BOSCH ones are almost certainly fake (Bosch don't make such kits)
Make sure they work with blown bulb detection (not as some crummy seperate box though), have integral ignitors inside ballast box, and get 4300-6000K. Nothing higher as they are dim and give tacky blue light.
    What about this? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-PASSAT-H7-X...QQcmdZViewItem

Another tip, if you need to make a hole in your rubber boot for the wire, make a clean cut tiny hole, and use fairy liquid and water, and even a fat connector will pull through, then seal tight around the wire.

I didn't cut the bulb holder clip, I was about to, and then sanded/shaved down the connector as much as I dare, and forced it through the hole then fed the wire through.

    Hi,

I had an HID kit on my last car (Mondeo) and I'm really keen to get a set for my Passat. The only thing I noticed on the Mondeo was that they caused interference with the radio reception whenever the lights were on. Has anyone noticed this with HIDs in their Passat? And where did you hide the ballasts during the install?

I'm definitely going for a 6000k kit again. For those of you who haven't experienced HID it's like a miniature holocaust in each headlight. You barely need full beam and when you do use it, it looks all yellow and weak in comparison.
