Thermostat

I'd get it pressure tested then!

ive got similar issue but my heaters blow cold air nearly all the time, what could be the issue?

Does your temp. gauge reach 90C ?
You could have a thermostat sticking open,or a aircon flap sticking.

temp gauge does reach 90C. i think the flaps are ok because all vents blow air. so its a dodgy thermostat?

Your engine temp reaching 90C suggest the thermostat is OK.
I would check that the pipes to the heater matrix are getting warm.
