A4 2009 09 2.0 tdi avant s-line

Morning, I'm looking to buy a new car was wondering if anyone knows of any problems with the A4 2009 09 2.0 tdi avant s-line. Last car was a4 2005 2.0tdi with the oil pump problems not wanting to be left out of pocket like that again thank for any advice or help in advance

Potentially same issue , engine code of 09 engine ?

Not sure of engine code it's just one I've seen online going up to see it later today, what engine codes would I have to watch out for. I know last car was BLB so avoid that one

Find out code and report before a potential wasted journey .

Its probably b8 not b7 anymore, all engine codes starts with letter C and have 4 letters in total, check the kw or hp, easier way to understand which your is!

Just phoned guy said it's CAG but that's only 3 letters. its the 140

Estimated guess its CAGA engine 105kw/143hp.

Now here's the problem , some common rail got the updated oem 100mm drive , some did not .

So a CAGA or CAGB could be 100mm or 77mm .
