I did a lot of research into iPod kits and decided to team up with Dension and offer their kits for sale. They are by far the best solution in the 2001-2007 A4s.

The Gateway 100 and 300 integrate with the display in your instrument cluster and display a menu system and track names/artists etc. It is operated by the controls on your original stereo and multi function steering wheel if you have one.

A member on here by the name of Toff has fitted one of these recently and he emailed me the other night with the following comments which I hope he doesn't mind me posting:

"Just got back from my mammoth journey round the UK, loving the Dension100GW, I’m SO pleased it got it installed in time for my trip.
I’m now fully familiar with it’s functions.

I actually missed 2 separate motorway junctions because I was enjoying my music so much!"

Audi do have a kit however it is nowhere as comprehensive as the Dension kit and doesn't have text capability.

If you'd like to place an order please get in touch

Yep I agree with Shark_90... Got a great Dension kit off him and it works great and looks better than anything else on the market

To answer your first question, Audi created a solution for your ipod wire in as well. It works in conjunction with your multi-function steering wheel. If you don't like the Denison kit I can get you an Audi kit shipped for ~130 GBP and that way you could keep your whole setup genuine Audi. Also, you need to select a kit dependent upon a II or a II+ radio.

Here you can see the differences.

The "genuine" Audi kit is made by Dension for Audi, doesn't have text and isn't really any cheaper. A no brainer for me personally.
