    Hi

Sorry for posting another thread on MMI but <removed>

I was doing the software update today; running Disc 2, but before it was finished I had a small domestic drama and had to start/drive off in the car....

Oh dear it didn't like that!!!

Now, the CD/Radio etc "reset" about every 4 secs and TEL has disappeared. It's unable to read the meta data of the disc in the changer.

I know there are a few posters on here that know a lot about it, but I can't PM them until I've made more posts and I've only just joined....

Sorry to be a pain, but without the MMI working I'm a bit stuck (I've had to pull the fuse).

    Many thanks in anticipation!!

    Thanks for getting in touch!
Sorry, I don't have VCDS and don't know about an optical test.....
I've only had the car a week.

Just lifted the carpet to take a peek at the BT module....
    Full of water!!
Doesn't seem to be washer fluid though.
Removed pollen filter behind glove box, that's all dry...
Removed the trim in the engine bay (where a battery would normally be) and that's all dry....
    Any suggestions?
My "platinum warranty" doesn't include water or phone parts.
