I have a rattle from inside the passenger seat frame of my 03 Passat Sport.

What is the correct way to get access to the frame? (The rattle is at the back of the seat at about shoulder blade height or slightly lower).

The only way to get to the frame is take the cover off and that isn't fun. Before you do anything take the head rest off and turn seat upside down see if you can make something fall out.
