    Hi there,
I refurbished the same set of wheel on my car, including centre caps. I don't have any of the numbers with me here a work, but I'll look up the details when home later.
I bought new centre caps from an Audi dealer; think they were about ~8 quid each. The part number for the wheel is pressed into the back of the wheel I think. If you're going to a dealer anyway, they should be able to look up all this using just the registartion number.
    Cheers,
    J

Details from the invoice sheet printed my local Audi dealer:

    wheel part # = 8D0 601 025 Q Z17
    centre cap part # = 8936 0117 077Z C (10 quid each)

    Hope that helps!
