Actually the page description from Crasher's link is Volkswagen Group, so maybe not that far wrong as an English interpretation

I believe at sometime in the past according to a German colleague of mine it was Volkswagen Audi Gesellschaft.

Of course Porsche being or soon to be the major share holder who knows what might happen
