I haven't actually taken my car there but have spoken on the phone to them and he gave some good advice which led to the car getting repaired, do know a few people that go there and they haven't reported anything bad.

There's a good VW garage in Sutton - Volks Autos 078414 329 50,the owner David has been doing my cars for years - everything you would expect from a main dealer - only better and you dont pay through the nose!!
