Audi A6 Navi Laser Replacement

Hi
Does anyone know where I can buy a new laser lens for my MMI High DVD/Navi unit model: BE 6364 from Becker.
The unit is in my 2006 (56 reg) Audi A6 Avant 170 S-Line.
I have read through the forums and found that some people had similar problems and changed theirs but they don't mention where they got them from.
I have a brand new 2010 dvd disc from Audi and still the thing doesn't work!!
Would greatly appreciate any help or advice!

you can check the drive with vcds and also sometimes a simple disconnect and reconnect of the nav unit resolves the issue.

I am going to try and get the unit looked at this week with someone who has a vcds.
I've already disconnected the drive several times to clean the lens with no success. After reading all related information on the forums, the problem seems to point toward the lens. I don't suppose you know where I can get one?
