    Hi All

I had a scan done on my car by a fellow forum member (Imran) and it brought the following codes up.

Now I know the 2nd one is the MAF, but what does signal too low mean, is it fixable or does it mean a new MAF?

    Thanks Imran
However, this still means bugger all to me.
What does "perform throttle body adaptation" mean?

    Hi Gary,
First of all, are those the codes that were stored in the car or did you clear the old ones and then check again after running for a few minutes? Sometimes just unplugging a connector and then reconnecting it with the engine running can cause a fault code to be stored.

Maybe a little experiment will tell you more, like checking the connector on the MAF to se if it is corroded, or reading the codes again with the MAF plug out to see if you get thesame code, then finally take the MAF out to look at - not poke - just look at, and report back or better still upload a photo.

The more info you supply the more likely someone here can help. OD

    Hi Old Diver
These codes were the ones that came up on the 2nd reading. There were a few old ones, but they went are a quick drive.
The MAF is not a real problem, as the more I drive the car the better fuel consumption I am getting. It's the throttle valve problem that I am stuck on.
    Cheers
