Hi, I am having the exact same problem on my passat this morning. I know this is an old post, May07, but did you manage to fix this problem at all??

The manual said to hold down the TP/set button for 2sec+ and this will allow me to switch back to radio mode from phone mode, but nothing happens when I do this. I'm going to reseat the fuse later on to see what happens....

    Cheers, Eoghan
