    Rick

Snow foams are designed for this process but most snow foams we do not recommend as they can be quite harsh.. Something like Meguiars Hyper Wash is an excellent product which can double up for both jobs effectively.http://www.elitedetailer.com/product...s_id=59&cPath=

I'm curious - why would you not recommend the use of snow foam?

I've found maxi suds to be very effective as a pre-wash soak, especially after the winter we've just had?

Alot of them are too harsh, Maxi suds is ok in terms of harshness. But Hyper wash is a much better product.

I'd assume any PH neutral snowfoam would be ok.

    I use this: http://www.elitedetailer.com/product...91&cPath=32_42

its a safe yet effective for the pre wash stage.

In winter I use it for a touchless wash as it has excellent cleaning power
