    lift up boot carpet and find the sticker with all the numbers on. one is the engine number. post this up and then you should find out.
    Audi 80 tdi avant with 360,000 miles...

    If it says 1.2 on then it's a 65bhp one apparently. Mine's a 65 and it's got the badge. Also, under the bonnet, if it says 12v on the engine cover it's a 65.

    it is normally quoted,on the sticker as KW.
    so if any numbers stick out just quote them and someone will quote the bhp.
    my bora book has all the relevent figures for golf/bora, but doesn't go down as low as
    55/65 bhp,sorry,
