Driving to work this morning and went to take down the drivers window.
Something went "ping" inside and i could hear the motor whirring away, and my window was stuck half way! (managed to lift it back up again)
Is this a common problem, cables or something!
GSF or Euro part or is this a main ******* part!

Also, how does the door card come apart.

    Thanks,
    Fozzie!

ps, why does it have to do it in bad weather!

I put the new regulator in after 4 hrs yesterday!
I need help on how to set up the motor in relation to the window, as the automatic up function on the window doesnt work. It did work at first but when it went up, it seemed to have gone to far and came down by a quarter. I can close the window by holding up the button.
    Hope it makes sense.

I feel i have to unbolt the motor and use the button, to try and realign it!
    Is it trial and error!

    Thanks,
    Fozzie!

The ccm controls the one touch function , it has to relearn how to do this by pressing and holding the button for up and down , it should sort out the position itself , if it doesn't , it may be hitting something inside the door as the rollback is a safety thing to prevent fingers being trapped.

    Cheers Calum
