    Hello fellows,
    I have Audi 80 1,9TDI '93. ECU 0281001185 / 8A0907401B, chips 2287357913/4.
I wanted to remap it myself so I got two AM27C256 and tuned ecu maps (see the attached files).
When I changed the chips the car does not start. Where is the problem? Could it be because of the type of the chips, some ecu use 87C257?

Be thankful it doesn't run with that S**T in there, for one its complete trash and detuned if anything with that. Pump Voltage & Smokemap.

Prob the reason why it also doesn't run is that you haven't corrected the checksum

Advice would be to pay and have the vehicle tuned correctly which will end up saving more in the long run.

    Regards

I heard from my friend that this ecu doesn't need checksum correction.
What software do you use to view and change the maps?
Please help me to modify it, it is not for commersial use, it is only for my old car.
If you don't want to post it on public, please send me PM.

Software I use is WinOls which will cost you €1095+VAT also you will then need to learn define maps within the binary file and also what they do.

If this file that you posted is anything to do with this Friend my advice is to stay well clear as he hasn't a clue what he is doing.

Sorry but this kinda information in writing tuned software isn't for free.

    Regards
    Martin

Zollaf and Michael Balbrig on this site both know Audi 80's very well, you should ask them for advice
