Help needed to programme premium b/tooth

Anyone in Central Scotland that can configure a premium bluetooth kit in my Passat CC. Garage that fitted it only set basic touchscreen settings.
No voice, no display in dash and cant control it from the steering wheel.

They now say their VAGCOM is not working This has been going on for nearly a month.....would really like to get the full use out of this.

Unfortunatly I have handed my VAGCOM back to my mate who I borrowed it from and he is out of the country or I would have helped (I'm in EK).

I take it you have read my posts on all things handsfree?
These two sites are particularly useful for programming instructions.

Still waiting for the Garage to sort the handfree out. Do you know of anybody locally that has a vagcom that can finish the programming?

What is a vagcom, is it used to program the car? if so if I get my hands on one can I use it to make the follow me home lights stay on automatically rather than having to flash my lights before I get out of the car? (I only have a non GT spec cc)
