The striker with power latching system must only be installed in the “rear lid closed” position, that is in the same position as a new part would be delivered in.
If the same striker is re-installed, open the rear lid and block the rear lid lock or rotary latch using a screwdriver or similar tool.
The power latching system moves to the “rear lid closed” position = basic setting.
Then unplug the connector from the power latching system. The rear lid lock can be opened again using the handle trim opening mechanism in the rear lid.

thanks ,all this is from elsa ,i have it as well.the striker motor is new so it is in close position ,the error is the problem..and should it all function if not connected to the hinges ?(connect the cables and run a test only to see if all functioning prior to install them )

you need to connect the system up then initaite the closing and set adaptions and basic setting so the power latch and motors can be taught in.
I will look on my vas pc function description for you but it should be the same as 4f allroad and q7,a8.

the problem was with incorect code helper on ross vag com program.the selection of garage opener will activate the striker motor and not the power assist lid option.Selecting power assist lid will activate the option for global pos, sat.

I have calibrate opening with the button on the door, the are two flashing, but seems i must before learn position 0 e 100 for the rear door.
When i open the door, the counter count up to 100...
Basic setting is inactive....you can say me what is the trick??
    Thank you
