LED DRL fitting?

My car has standard halogen DRL's but I came across some LED bulbs on fleabay http://tinyurl.com/3xeuu6d. My understanding is that each headlamp unit has a single DRL halogen bulb. Only problem is, I cannot figure how to get access to the bulbs to change them. The handbook helpfully says that changing these bulbs is a main dealer job. Anyone have any ideas how to go about it?

From what I've read throughout forums, you can't easily change the DRL bulb. A few people have thought about doing it but changed their mind later since it involves opening the headlight itself and glue them back in.
