1.9 tdi injector nozzles

Have read up recently about changing injector nozzles and apprantly it can add about 10-20bhp without any harm being done. Ive got a TDI 90 golf mk4 and was looking to put the .205 injector nozzles from the TDI 110bhp golf mk4 has anyone done this? does it work? any problems? etc.. any help appreciated

Have a look at the attached link, think you can upgrade the the 520's of your engine but it is advisable that you get a map after to accomadate for the extra fueling.
