Hello, does anyone know of a solution for lowering the height of the drivers seat?? I am struggling to get comfortable behind the wheel of my 94 Coupe. The seat height is set as low as it will go and the back rest is fairly well tilted back but I still find my head touches the side of the sunroof well. It is tolerable but becomes uncomfortable on long trips.

Cheers in advance for any solutions or suggestions, especially if they don't involve a surgical procedure.

Mo, I think short of the aforementioned surgical route or removing the seat totally you are pretty much stuck with it.
I'm only 5 feet 7 and fit perfectly but when I had a work collegue collect my coupe from a local tyre shop ,. who is around 6 feet 4 he apologised for thinking he had broken the seat as it wouldn't go low enough to fit him in satisfactorily

It is possible to modify the mechanism, so that you can lower the seat by 1 extra notch. I can't remember how, but I have seen it done!

Weirdly this is the second Coupe I've owned and its only seems to be a problem with the second one.

More fiddling and jumping up and down on the seat required methinks.
