    My heater aint'nt working too good on my 2004 touran 2.0 tdi. Could be air trapped somewhere. Are there any air bleed screws in the system?

    if the system is laid out the same as the passat/A6 the point to bleed out trapped air is where the coolant hoses pass through the bulk head to the heater matrix. the left hand hose has a small hole in it, you have to release the hose clip and partially pull the hose off the tail to vent to atmosphere through the small hole.
    a good idea is to remove the fixings for the expansion tank and elevate as much as possible so as to let gravity force the coolant through the system and expel the trapped air.

    There are no bleed screws on the Touran, this is the Passat section.
