    Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can direct me to the right product.

I have an A6 1.8T SE 2001. it works well its remapped 18" rs wheels.

I would like to stiffen the suspension and not reduce the ride comfort. I would like to limit the roll in the car when turning corners really.

has anyone used coilover, just springs, both or stiffer shocks..

    any help would be appreciated?

The OEM sport setup is stiff, lower and has a firm ride with minimal roll.

If you can find the RS6 setup then your laughing.

Don't know about any after market bundles though.

Many RS6 owners remove the stock DRC suspension set up because it has a tendency to break, so I don't think that's the way forward.

To the OP, does your car have the stock sport suspension? I believe all of the facelift ones got it, SE or not. To be honest I've never found body roll a problem with mine (has stock sport suspension).

A friend of mine fitted an Eibach pro kit (just springs) to his A3 Sportback which he thought was really good. Might be worth looking at them.

If you like the current ride but want to reduce the roll then you need heavier Anti-roll bars. Not stiffer suspension.

So as a compromise, and as already hinted - a RS6 arb. I know on the A4's , a standard arb can be replaced with a RS4 version, but not sure if this possible on an A6.

Have a look at the Koni FSD shocks also - they seem to work well for those who have fitted them.
