Evening chaps, putting this here as it could apply to any model of carthink. Had a bit of a weird one last night. Took the car out with a mate to give it a bit of a ragging on some B-roads, my poor car hardly ever gets over 2000RPM so we figured it was time to let it breathe a little.

Anyway, going round some of the country lanes down towards the M25 we noticed the drivers side wing mirror was working loose.

Pulled over to have a look and the glass part of the mirror was attached by one tiny strip of glue across the top. The mirror is in theory fixed back to a piece of plastic the same size as the mirror with glue, but it was all dessicated and separated.

Will take it to the garage tomorrow, don't expect it will be too bad as it's just the mirror needing replacing, not the housing too or any of the electrics.

Just wondering if anyone's had anything the same?

Yeh had something similar to this on the Range Rover, I just got some double sided mirror adhesive and cleaned up the two parts with some solvent before applying
You may think I'm being helpful yet sarcastic, this is only because I feel I need to help you to help yourself in the future
