I've got a very small hole in my sump. 4 months ago I hit a rock which I just recently found out damaged the underside of the engine.
I've only topped up the engine with less than 1/2 a litre of oil since then.

It costs a fortune in the local VW garage(€500) to get is repaired.

Is it an easy enough job to tackle on your own with the proper tools?

    Cheers in advance everyone,

    Adrian
