How rare is my Peppermint Green 2.6 Coupe?

Hi!

I picked up my new car today!

I won a Lime Pastel (edited!!) 2.6 V6 Manual Coupe on ebay.Never again,the stress!!

Anyway,Im told that theres only 6 in this colour in the UK...

So,can anyone confirm this then?I thought this was probably the best place to ask after all!!!

Ive since found out from Audi that this is one of only 6 in the UK.

Peppermint Green is not an Audi colour,but an ebay sellers colour!!

This shade was called 9612 Lime Pastel and was one of the 1995 Lifestyle Colours range.This is apparently the rarest.

now you need to find out which one of the 6 it is. Get a printout from Audi as proof of its rareity, and try and track down the other 5. This might help towards resale value.

Well,I hadnt thought of that!

How on earth would I go about finding the other five I wonder???

I can get proof from Audi easily though.

Would be a real mission to try the other five though,and I like a challenge!!!

See if audi have a record of their VIN numbers or the original registration plates.

If you can get the registration plates, stick them through a HPI check.

You only want to know if they exist. Its your choice should you want to go further and find out who owns them.
