i am starting the retrofiting of power latch oN my all road A4 2010. i have studied the ELSA 3.7 diagram at page 100/6.i am confident that i can make the harness according to the diagram.
so far the way i see it is that :
from j393 (conv, contr)REAR RIGHT, there are 2 cables for can bus going from pins 59,60 to motor 1 plug t8 pins 3/7.
    power 12 + going into t8 pin8 motor 1 and t10 pin10 on motor 2.
ground is on pin t8/4 motpr 1 and t10/4/9/ on motor 2.
also pin t8/5 motor 1 goes to e405 pin 2 (opening button)
and finaly pins t8/2 /6 are bridged with t10/6/2.i havent found the part number for the plugs yet from motors to the controller.
can any one verify this and share my ideas?
i found the motors on ebay for 69 euros so perhaps it is a good retrofit ...

a ristidis, you are obviously very talented
(reversing camera retrofit) and I believe that you actually enjoy the challenge of these retrofits.

But is it not easier to just fit actuators instead of gas-struts (or stronger gas struts) that when you press the button on your keyfob to open the boot that it does it on its own, no electrics etc.

Might be more difficult to close the boot but the correct combination or the right strut might have the desired effect.

thank you for your kind compliment i am trying to keep every retrofit within factory specks ,i also love the challenge and since i can understand the schematic ,it does not appear to be difficult at all. so far i have concluded that i need the motors ,the brackets (8k9827603 A ) as well as the plugs in order to make the harness. basically it is power from ST1,2 ground and can bus so i will keep everyone posted.
If sm can give me some info on the plugs part numbers it will help a lot. am also doing towing retrofitting and then memory driver's seat module.

thanks for the great forum ,hepls a lot
