I have a Symphony system in my 2001 A6 which cannot be got out with the keys after numerous tries.
The system itself now has started not being able to find some CD tracks and skips for every pebble on the road.
Is there any way of getting this out from the back by removing parts of the dash?

Cheers. I'll give that a try, although Audi were unable to get it out either. I'd say the audio guys would have far more experience though.

On a related note. I notice that the radio is also skipping when I am on a steep slope, either up/down/sideways. What would be wrong with it anyway?
