Hi guys

New to this forum but not the forum enviroment have been on plenty for Landrovers but now have a problem with an A6.

Brother in law got an A6 2.8 quattro on an S plate from the scrapyard last August repaired the drivers wing that it had been written off for and put it back on the road. He's away due to his work so now I'm left to sort out any problems.

I have a good knowledge of Landrovers but not of Audi's so I'll need your help. The car runs good now that it has been used on the road for a while but there are a few things needing looked at.

The rear of the car sit's down low and you can't put any weight in the back or the tyres rub on the arches, thinking the springs are broken, is this a job that can been done in a weekend with out too much hassle.

The service/insp keeps lighting up when you start the car, is there a way of resetting this without taking it to a dealer.

Is there anything special to change/look for when doing a service other then the normal engine oil and filters.

It's done 130,000 miles if this makes any difference.

Thank you in advance.
