    Cheers for the info.
    Hofele design do 9 x 20 inch alloy, 5 x 112 with a 40 offset.
Do you think they will fit with a -40mm suspension drop?

They said they haven't fitted them to a b5 before, but they have fitted a set on the b6 with a 5mm spacer so should fit in theory?

Is there any difference in the suspension or arch space?

I'd be worried that your car will sit far too high - also i read something a while ago that said you should always get a type of wheel which was designed in or around the period your car was made - personally i think 20's would stand out too much - i'd keep to 17/18 (tyres will be cheaper too!)
