    Hi all,

I would appreciate some guidance to my spooky light problem. Basically, I have had to change my convience ecu for the central locking a few weeks ago, and now central locking works fine. However, a few days after, the lights started to act a bit weired.......

........ for instance, if I press the brake pedal, the front right headlight also comes on (during the day). When in reverse the brake lights come on (during the day), then when the lights are switched on in the dark the brake lights do not light up, but you can notice a little change in brightness - spooky or what?

Any help and guidance would be much appreciative (is there a reset button?)

    Many thanks all.

    Hi, found the solution.

Basically as the rear brake light uses a double filament bulb, I accidently put a single filament, hence upon braking the ecu got confused so put the front headlight on instead of the brake light. All now changed, but it shows how a silly little thing like a buld can make the ecu go bonkers - beware and be careful - anyhow I hope it helps for future owners who have problems with this, taa.
