A month ago the stop/tail light in my nearside rear cluster blew - I thought nothing of it and replaced it. Then about a week later my nearside front dipped headlight blew - again apart from it being a pain of a job to get at to replace I thought no more of it. However today I noticed that both the replaced nearside stop/tail and front dipped bulbs had blown again. This seems to be more than a coincidence, and while I will go and replace them tomorrow, I wonder if anyone out there has had a similar experience?

Check the battery voltage with the engine running. If it's higher than 14.4V, the alternator is overcharging. Too high a voltage will blow bulbs.
