Got robbed of a company never use this company

i ordered a clutch for my S3 from a ebay company who turned out to be 100% usless and ripped me off.
i asked for a sports clutch to fit a ridgid fly wheel as i had a helix fly wheel and he said he could supply me 1..... clutch arives looks good to me just waiting for the fly wheel to land we sorted... and ways i get the fly wheel out the box get the clutch kit out hmm wont mate up to the fly wheel the locating dowls to big..


i then phone the company back up and say this dont fit its a standard clutch you give me,, he then say " have you got a solid fly wheel" i obvioulsy tell him yeah you know i do your the guy who sold me the clutch and told me you could not gew the fly wheel. with out me getting a word in after that he starts telling me he will take it to court that ii asked for a standard clutch and slamms the phone down like some little tart.. next day i phone back they tell me.. THEY DONT WANNA TALK TO ME..


ITS NOT LIKE I EVEN WANTED MY MONEY BACK all i wanted was the parts changed for the correct parts thats pretty simple i was even willing to spend a bit more on a better clutch but he never even give me the chance to say that to him so keep away from this place !!!!

i called them yesterday the guy started saying we dont understand you ant and dec people.. and asked me to come to the shop and sort it out if i wanna be a big boy??????? like thats gonna get me any where i mean what kinda attitude it that to some 1 who spent 360 on clutch plate was willing to spend another 345 on the fly wheel if he could get me it 25 on a slave cylinder there rough prices of the top give or take a few bob

but like i said i never did phone asking for my money back all i wanted was the correct parts but..
i just got attacked when i told them it was the wrong part.



i also phoned sachs direct and a guy who worked there told me that them directly have not had issues with the company but have had a few simler phone calls. but never the less was very help full and kindley got me sorted with the correct clutch needed for my car.

still stuck with the other clutch if any body wants to buy it cheap i have it here am home for 6 weeks then back to iraq so if you wanna clutch hit me up.


i have been to trading standards and my solicitor. am not the first 1 to have problems here i admit they have 10000s of happy people who have had no issue with them what so ever when buying from them. but this should not happen to any 1.

When a customer indicates (expressly) that goods are wanted for a particular purpose, or where it is obvious (implied) that goods are suitable for a particular purpose, and a trader supplies them to meet that requirement, the goods should be fit for that specified purpose
