The question you are asking is "Is this a good business idea and if so what is the best car?" I think you may have asked an awful lot
    One German, Two Italian.
    It's a Mercedes Benzzzz though

breaking cars is hit and miss, it's labour intensive and can provide very little profit.

The main sources of income are the running gear, block and the ancillaries.

You'll struggle as most salvage and spares yards have good links with auctions/insurance firms.

It's not an easy trade to turn a profit in and if it were as easy as you're hoping, every man and his dog would be doing it

ok say if i bought a proper working golf gti for around 1000 and then broke it. engine gearbox wing bumper bonnet doors interior maybe. would this return more then the cost paid for the car?
ive also seen parts for bmw 7 series go for a lot of money but a working 7 series is pretty cheap to buy. any thoughts

bmw's are a good car to used to break, as the parts are expensive to buy as singles, my friend opened his own garage doing this!
