    Where is the "Ignition control module" in an 1991 Audi 80?

    Is the "Ignition control module" the thing that is attached to the ignition coil bracket? I'm not talking about the "Electronic Control Module"which would be the main computer.

    A bit confusing what your asking,but the `bit that controls the ignition` could be in the side panel by the throttle pedal.You dont specify engine type etc!

    Yes. That would be a 2.3L FI 5cyl. Thanks.
