iv got a 1999 B5 TDi in at the moment, we are overhauling it. the heater fan is busted so i had to take it out, glove box 1st then the passenger side air bag, i undid the battery and left it for 10 mins for a coffee,

disconected the airbag and removed the fan, fixed the fan, put it in, put the battery back online, tested the fan, all ok there, so we disconected the battery again, fitted everything back in as it should be, connected the battery, fired the casr up, and all was well till the air bag light in teh dash come on and said air bag fauilt,

is there anyway of resetiing the system so it does not do that anymore?
