I had a similar problem, and whilst i repaired the Fuel Pump Relay, the Fuel Pump, nothing helped. I noticed that the Negative Lead on the Battery was loose and even though i tightened it maximum it was still a bit loose. I took a piece of copper wire and inserted next to the ( - ) terminal and tightened it. It worked out. No longer get cutouts or loss of power(engine or electric)

Glad you solved it, just a bad connection but it's still great when you find it.
