Hello.

Can anyone help me please, car was delivered back from the bodyshop last after having a rear light replaced and bumper sprayed and now the dash/speedo area is completely dead. The rev counter, temp, fuel guages do not work. There is no mileage reading or trip computer. Does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong ?

Take it straight back I suspect they have shorted something out it
But it seems strange with it been the rear
1) do all the rear lights work Hazard Brake Reveres ?
2) does your radio work ok and not ask for codes?
if not I suspect they have had the battery off

All the rear lights work correctly and the radio also works. I have had the fuses and connectors checked but still no good. Car is off to Audi monday morning to be looked at, is this a common problem with A3's as I have read on forums about the Audi TT dashpods ?

Seems funny why its just occurred when yo had the bumpers done

But Audi will sort it out !!!!!!!!!!!!! at a price

No it's not common on the 8P. Check fuse 15 (from memory), does the car start and run?

Yes the car will start and run fine. The chap from the bodyshop has apparently checked all the fuses!!
