Hi,

I have "garage emissions" yellow warning light on. performance seems normal. though mpg doesn't seem as good now. i have also noticed fuse 24 "radiator fan" has blown i replaced it but it blew again. i have read about this possibly been caused by the manifold intake flap in the ERG been stuck/clogged up. i have not got a clue how to check this. before i try i would like to confirm the fault codes with the use of your vag-com. i will travel to u and be willing to make a donation for beers of your choice. i live in stockport.

did you get your problem sorted? I had identical problem confirmed with an engine judder when turning off ignition. new flapper motor cost 60 quid. 3 bolts later all was fixed.

i need a new flap, i took the old one off and it's goosed. just refuse to pay 190 pound for a new one. where did you get one for sixty notes?
