The drivers bolster on my 95 sport with a light grey interior has a bit of wear on it and it`s just torn the other day. Can you buy a replacement oem cover for the bolster or the whole seat? Or is there anywhere I can buy the right colour fabric, my gran used to be a seamstress so she might be able to fix it. Any other suggestions? Leather would be nice but I couldn`t justify buying a £400 interior for a £500 car.

I'm not 100% about the sports model seats but on the SE the cheapest option is to find an identical model in a breakers and buy the passenger seat which invariably will not be worn.
I did this and swapped the base and back foams and covers. The seat which was immaculate only cost £20 and it took about three hours from start to finish to do the job.

I've got the same issue, it was about to tear. but due to the sports we do, the car gets covered in sand all the (inside & out), so i just put some nice animal seat covers in.
