my golf tdi started to do this but progressed to drop a injector if this happens then can give you a few pointers but i recomend you take the top off the engine and make shure that all the wires are pushed on to all of the injectors

just had my car checked and i have been told that its not the flywheel becuase then it would be a continuous problem (engine judder) he thinks the cause is the engine mount or gearbox mount. And the loss of power is down to a mass air meter on its way out. Any more news i will keep you updated..
