    Hi all,
Just been out and turned on the windsceen demist and it is not working.
The blower is working fine and the air is comming out of all the other vents fine when i select them except the demist button and the up arrow button.
Anyone got any ideas why this is?
    Thanks,
    Eds.

    Nice font.

Don't know, but would probably suggest a faulty flap motor.
Can you get the car read for faults ?

Sounds like the motor that controls the fan direction has packed up. Hopefully the Audi lot should be able to tell you how to change it.

    Don't know.

On the Golf & Passat although both different some are accessable once the footwell / pedal trim / centre console is removed.

You need to obtain a manual for your car and read up.

Guess what, Got in car this morning to go to work and the demister was working fine. I guess this is one of those annoying faults that comes and goes. Better check it out before the winter i suppose!!!

    Thanks for your answers.
