Audi A6 2.0 TDi 58k miles full inspection service

Hi All,

I just called an Audi Garage to book a service for my A6. I was informed that due to the extremelly high mileage my car might need a full inspection service and need new pollen and air filters. The car is 2.5 years old.

Please can you tell me how I know if my car need a full inspection service and what I should expect in this inspection?

Is £404 a fair value? I found it very expensive.

The only well to tell is with the age, mileage and previous service history and £400 for a full inspection service is quite acceptable from a main dealer. If you are quoted less elsewhere, beware as you may be getting less.

Thanks Crasher. The car is 2.5years old and has 58k miles. It has always been serviced by AUDI authorised garages.

Yes it is due for its 57,000 mile interval and 2 year interval work so filters and brake fluid.
